The Exchange Policy is only applicable to purchases made through our online site.
Please note below for the conditions for exchange & email to firstname.lastname@example.org with regards to any exchanges.
Conditions for exchange:
- Item is defective.
- Incorrect item sent.
If it is the case of incorrect / defective item sent; we apologise for it. Please inform us by taking a snapshot of the defective area / item and email to email@example.com before we request for the item to be mailed back.
YOUTING will not be responsible for any lost mails in connection to such returns / exchanges. Normal postage will be reimbursed to you once we've received the parcel (only for the above mentioned (1), (2) points).
In the event that the item you originally purchased has sold out, a credit note will be provided (only applicable for inaccurate measurement / incorrect / defective item) valid for 6 months.
Strictly no refunds.
All exchange request email must be sent to us within 7 days after shipping of parcel.
All items to be returned must be done so within 14 days after shipping of parcel.
Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return / exchange of the item.
Items must be in brand new and original packaging condition.
YOUTING will at its best effort ensure that our products are in good quality, however from time to time due to the nature of products, there may be defects which we omitted, do bear with us and inform us. We will do a replacement for you base on our exchange policy.
